About these terms
These terms apply when you purchase from Crystal Inspirations through our online store. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Products and prices
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Natural crystals can vary in colour, pattern, shape and size, so the item you receive may differ slightly from a photograph unless the listing states that you are purchasing the exact item shown. Prices and any applicable delivery charges are displayed before you place your order.

Orders
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any unavailable item.

Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Please read our Shipping Policy for further details.

Returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return goods or receive a refund are set out in our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Please contact us through our Contact Us page if there is a problem with your order.
